Where is TRE Boutique Spa located?
TRE Boutique Spa is located on Level 7, Lotte Hotel Hanoi, inside Lotte Center Hanoi.
Please enter through the Hotel Lobby at 54 Lieu Giai and take the elevator to Level 7.
Can hotel guests visit directly?
Yes. Guests staying at Lotte Hotel Hanoi or Lotte The Residence can simply come to Level 7.
What should I wear?
Comfortable spa attire is provided. You only need to arrive and relax.
Is the spa suitable for first-time guests?
Absolutely. Our treatments are suitable for both first-time visitors and experienced spa guests. Our therapists will tailor the pressure and techniques to your comfort level.
Which treatment should I choose?
- One Shore – Focused care for a specific area (30 or 60 minutes).
- Body Shores – Full-body recovery (60, 90, or 120 minutes).
- Cupping – Available as a standalone treatment or as an enhancement after a Body Shores session.
Can I choose Bamboo Cane or Herbal Balls?
Yes.
Guests booking 90- or 120-minute Body Shores treatments may choose Bamboo Cane or Herbal Balls at no additional charge.
Is cupping included?
Cupping is an optional treatment.
When booked together with a Body Shores treatment, cupping is performed at the end of the session as a finishing enhancement.
Do I need to tip?
No.
TRE Boutique Spa maintains a no-tip-expected policy so every guest can enjoy a comfortable experience.
